At the start of Quincy Lane sits 1625 Eckington, new condominiums in the heart Eckington, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Washington D.C. JBG Smith turned to W&CO to build a brand that weaved into the fabric of the historical Eckington community and create a space where like-minded people could feel part of something more. Through strategy, naming, brand identity, copywriting, digital and print, W&CO created a modern and timeless brand while preserving the soul and illustrious history of the neighborhood.
