william richmon-watson

William Richmond-Watson,
Creative Director

After leaving his native shores British born aesthete, entrepreneur and pirate William Richmond-Watson has worked in the worlds of fine art, marketing and design. Prior to combining his passions and opening the doors at Watson & Company, William earned his stripes at the preeminent boutique design firm Pandiscio Co.

While at Pandiscio Co. William worked on accounts for the Standard Hotels, Chateau Marmont, Publishing House Rizzoli and campaigns for major outdoor exhibits at the Rockerfeller Center.

Having helped clients across the board from start-up non-profits to Fortune 500 Companies William is determined to bring strong
design and solid strategy to more businesses in more sectors. Watch this space.

jonathan pfeiffer

Jonathan Pfeiffer, Senior Designer & Planner

Jonathan gained experience from multiple branding and interactive
studios before joining Watson & Company. Jonathan has presented
design and writing at several AIGA conferences, and his work was
recognized by the International Design Awards, and published in the
2008 World Logo Design Annual and Taschen's Logo Design, Vol. 2.
Jonathan uses his broad knowledge of historical and contemporary
design with a love of typography to ensure that solutions for clients
are right on the button.

brian aguilar

Brian Aguilar, Junior Designer

Brian is a recent graduate with a BFA from FIT's Graphic Design program and studied abroad at the London College of Communication. While studying at FIT, he was an active member in the school's AIGA Student Group, placed as a finalist in several design competitions, and has had interactive work exhibited as part of the Museum at FIT's Connectivity and Digital_Natives exhibits. Brian brings prior experience from several firms specializing in designing for fashion, jewelry, and other luxury industries.

sean conway

Sean Conway, Business & Project Manager

Sean has a background in film production and design management.
He holds a BA from American University, and uses his excellent
interpersonal and organizational skills to keep both W&Co. and its clients in tip top order.
